Drawing inspiration from his time honing his craft in Singapore and frequenting the historic riverside Boat Quay, celebrated for its rich history and vibrant culinary scene, Becca Restaurant & Garden’s Executive Chef Edgar Kano brings an authentic taste of Singapore to the beach. Traditional preparation methods using a tiered bamboo steamer basket are employed to slow-cook the cuisine. Every culinary detail has been thoughtfully considered to present a truly one-of-a-kind experience.

This passport-free celebration invites guests to indulge in a sommelier-guided wine tasting, enjoy a live sketching station, and savor a thoughtfully curated menu featuring Mee Goreng, Chicken Satay, Shrimp Potstickers, and Duck and Kimchi Crispy Gyoza. The evening is a seamless blend of flavor, culture, and artistry, set against the ocean-facing oasis that is the Cavalier Great Lawn.
