Take a moment to pause, breathe, and receive.

A Reiki Share is a beautiful, heart-centered gathering where we come together in community to both give and receive energy in a supportive, peaceful space.

You do not need to be Reiki certified to attend.
If you are Reiki trained, you are warmly welcome. If you are simply curious or feel called to be there, that is more than enough.

During our time together, we will gather in small groups. One person will relax and receive while two to three others offer gentle, supportive energy. We will rotate every 10 to 12 minutes so each person has the opportunity to both give and receive.

It is simple.

It is peaceful.

It is sacred.

And it can be deeply restorative in ways that are hard to put into words. This is a space where you do not have to hold everything together for everyone else. This is a space where you are held.

Come receive calming, supportive healing energy in community — a chance to soften, release, and allow your system to reset.

If you have ever been curious about Reiki, this is also a wonderful way to experience it before deciding whether you would like to learn more.

Dawn will have information available about Reiki Level 1 for those who feel called, but there is absolutely no pressure. This gathering is first and foremost a space to receive.
