Long before bourbon became what it is today, American spirits began right here in Virginia. This dinner is our way of honoring that legacy, through thoughtful pairings, bold dishes, and a few surprises along the way.

The evening will feature a 3-course menu from our Chef Kari, each course paired with a featured spirit from the collection. We’ll be showcasing a whiskey, a gin, and a rum, highlighting the range and depth of Virginia’s distilling tradition.
