Join us in our beautiful vineyard for a glass of wine and a 1 hour yoga session led by Lindley Folkerson.

Find your zen in the vines. Your registrations includes:1-Hour Vineyard Yoga: A guided session led by certified instructor Lindley Folkerson, set against the serene backdrop of our vines.Sip &amp; Stay: Includes a glass of your favorite Zin Valle wine to enjoy after class — plus a complimentary tasting of any three wines at our tasting bar. Our <a href="https://www.zinvalle.com/zbistro" title="https://www.zinvalle.com/zbistro" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Z Bistro</a> food truck will alos be open and we will have live music from 1 - 4 p.m.Stock Your Cellar: Love what you tasted? Bottles, glasses or flights will be available for purchase to enjoy on the patio or take home for later.Important info:- Please bring your own yoga mat as they will not be available.- Please arrive early as the session will start exactly on time.Lindley is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor, having completed her training locally in El Paso at Surya Yoga. She has always been in awe of the human body- so much so that she chose a career as an ER physician. Her yoga practice has helped deepen her knowledge of the physical body as well as the mind/body connection. She is passionate to share this with her students through mindful alignment-based poses and flow work.When not teaching yoga at Surya or at work she can be found travelling the globe with her husband and 14-month old daughter, Idele… or enjoying a glass of wine at her favorite local winery.Questions?
