Welcome to the J. Blade Ranch Juneteenth Family & Friends 2-Day Camp Out! Get ready for a weekend full of adventure, relaxation, and fun in the great outdoors.

GENERAL ADMISSIONS CHECK-IN:

Check In Begins: Friday, June 19 @10:00 AM

Check In Begins: Saturday, June 21 @10:00 AM

Check Out: Sunday, June 21 @10:00 AM

VENDOR INFORMATION:

Event Dates: Friday, June 19 thru Sunday, June 21st

Location: J. Blade Ranch 651 Ward Road Ellenwood, GA 30294

VENDOR FEES:

Non-Food Vendor: $50 (1 day)

Non-Food Vendor: $85 (2 day)

Food Vendor: $100 (1 day)

Food Vendor: $175 (2 day)

VENDOR ENTRANCE:

- Vendors are asked to arrive between the times of 10:00am-1:00 pm.

-All vendors must be fully set up 30 minutes before 3:00 PM opening.

-Breakdown must be completed by 11:00pm on Friday, June 19th & Saturday, June 20th

- Vendor passes include one (1) additional pass for an assistant/partner

-In case of severe weather, a reschedule date will be determined.

- Registration for this event confirms that the vendor will be in attendance to this event within the required set-up time.

- There will be no refunds submitted to vendors in the event of cancellation at the fault of the vendor. It is expected that registered vendors attend the event to assist in the success of the event.
