This Mother’s Day, this somatic healing session is for those who love their mother… but find it hard to choose themselves without guilt.

For many people, the relationship with their mother is… complicated.A mixture of love and pain. Gratitude and sorrow. Happiness and confusion.And when it comes to setting boundaries—especially with your mother—it can feel almost impossible.It takes courage. It takes honesty. And even then, it can leave you second-guessing yourself…Am I asking for too much? Maybe I’m not doing it right. Should I be feeling this much guilt?In this workshop, we’re not here to blame or analyze.We’re here to slow down… and begin to understand.To gently explore why these patterns exist, why it can feel so hard to set boundaries, and why guilt so often follows when you do.<h3>Together, we’ll explore:</h3><ul><li>The deeper patterns that make boundaries with your mother feel so difficult</li><li>Why guilt arises—even when you know you’re doing what’s right for you</li><li>How these experiences show up not just in the mind, but in the body</li></ul><h3>Through a guided, body-based experience, you’ll be invited to:</h3><ul><li>Notice what happens in your body when you imagine choosing yourself</li><li>Stay present with those sensations in a safe, supported way</li><li>Begin to gently “unhook” from the emotional and energetic pull</li><li>Explore what it feels like to remain connected to yourself</li></ul>This is a somatic (body-based) workshop, meaning we’ll be working with your body, not just talking about the experience.There’s no pressure to share. You’re always in choice.
