Spring 2026 Pratt Earth Action Week

Pratt Earth Action Week, April 3–11, 2026, is a celebration of innovative sustainability work across our community of artists, designers, and architects, highlighting the vital role creative practice plays in addressing environmental and social challenges

This workshop explores the entanglement of ecology, and indigenous landscape through the story of Giant Hogweed in the post-war Sudetenland. Led by Fulbright Scholars Adam Vackar, Rafael de Balanzo and Donata Kraskauskaite, it invites participants invites to question who decides what belongs — and where. Participants will engage in a live presentation followed by speculative design process for the Future Pratt Campuses connector. Come prepared to rethink the boundaries between human and nonhuman worlds.
