Scissors invites you to our free, community-centered workshop dedicated to queer love letters.

In this workshop and community gathering, we will learn and discuss the role of letter writing in lesbian history. Together, we will explore the ways in which love letters have been used to subvert state surveillance, connect lesbians to their loved ones, and resist consistent erasure from history. Following the presentation, participants will be guided in writing their own queer love letters. All materials will be provided but feel free to bring any additional stationery you may want to use!Masking will be required. Please note: Scissors creates events by and for QTBIPOC dykes.
