Meet your host, Guillaume Holtzmann, certified sommelier.

Guillaume – AKA G – was raised in France in a family where food and wine played a central role in daily life. Driven by his passion, he pursued studies in viticulture and oenology and eventually moved to the United States, where he established a career in the wine industry. G is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm for wine and culinary arts whenever the opportunity arises.
