Come hang, meet people, and be part of something.

I thought Alt Fit was a workout class?

Nope — not this one.
This is a party to celebrate the music we love and have fun before the show.
We’ll have go-go dancers and movement moments, but no formal class.

This is a community-based space — super easy to meet people, hang, and just vibe.

Why is there a cover?

The Warm-Up is being put on by The Green Room — a music-based community concept currently in the building stages of our own brick-and-mortar space.
Your cover goes directly toward local talent, DJs, dancers, and the setup that makes this experience what it is.

Where’s everything at? (bar, food, etc.)

The bar is right when you walk in the front doors.
The Warm-Up is in the back room — you’ll check in at the curtains.
Food truck will be outside on the patio.
Smoking (cigarettes, cigars, vapes) is allowed on the patio only.

What time should I arrive?

It runs 3–5pm and the energy builds as we go.
