Move, release, reset.Join us for a unique class experience that combines the energizing power of POUND Unplugged with the deep relaxation of Sound Healing. This class is designed to support your body and mind through both movement and stillness — giving you the best of both worlds. We’ll begin with POUND Unplugged, a 30-minute, music-driven class that promotes mental, physical, and emotional health through a balance of high-intensity exercise and restorative, mindful movement. Using Ripstix®, you’ll power through 20 minutes of rhythmic drumming cardio, followed by 10 minutes of breathing and meditation to help bring your body back into balance. Then, we’ll transition into Sound Healing, allowing you to fully relax, restore, and calm your nervous system through soothing sounds and vibrations.
