Unwind your body and reset your nervous system in this gentle, grounding evening experience led by Ajeé Anderson. This session begins with an accessible yoga-based stretch flow designed to release tension, improve mobility, and help you reconnect with your breath and body—no matter your experience level. Expect slow, intentional movement with options to modify, making it supportive for beginners while still nourishing for seasoned practitioners.
After the stretch portion, you’ll settle into stillness for 15 minutes of sound healing, allowing the vibrations to guide you into deep rest and integration. The sound portion is designed to help your body soften even further, quiet the mind, and leave you feeling calm, open, and restored—like you got a full reset without having to push or perform.
Come as you are. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat if you have one (and a blanket or pillow for extra comfort), and give yourself permission to slow down. You’ll leave feeling lighter in your body, clearer in your mind, and more grounded for the week ahead.
