About Edgardo Cintron:
Edgardo Cintron is an accomplished percussionist, bandleader, and Grammy Award Nominee, with deep musical roots. A second-generation Puerto Rican musician, Edgardo began his studies at age five on French horn and guitar before discovering his true passion for percussion.

He grew up performing with his father's band, Los Tropicales, playing Latin standards across the East Coast. After serving in the U.S. Army, Edgardo formed the Tiempo Noventa Orchestra, performing at major festivals including the Clifford Brown, Newark, Cape May, and Bethlehem Jazz Festivals.

Today, he leads the Cintron Latin Pop Orchestra, delivering vibrant Latin jazz and salsa performances. Edgardo is available in Trio, Band, and Orchestra configurations, bringing energy, skill, and rhythm to every stage.
