FREE EVENT! Join us at the National First Ladies Library & Museum for a refreshing outdoor session designed to help you slow down, reconnect with the present moment, and cultivate balance.

This session includes:

● Mindfulness practices, guided meditation, and grounding techniques

● Creative exercises that engage your senses

● Practical tools to carry with you long after the session

Meet Your Guide – Jared Sparks, MA, LPCC-S
Jared Sparks, a licensed clinical counselor, specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, and adolescent mental health. He brings evidence-based techniques—including DBT, ACT, CBT, EMDR, and TF-CBT—into a welcoming outdoor experience to help participants build resilience, emotional regulation, and a greater sense of connection.

✨ All experience levels welcome! Free, but registration requested to save your spot.
