The Young Chefs Summer Experience at The Conche is a 3-day, hands-on culinary program designed for kids to explore the fundamentals of cooking, pastry, and chocolate making in a real kitchen environment.

Each session runs from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, offering a structured yet engaging experience led by professional chefs and chocolatiers. Each day focuses on a new discipline—allowing participants to explore, create, and build confidence through hands-on practice.

From working with chocolate and crafting desserts to preparing savory dishes, this immersive experience encourages creativity, independence, and a deeper appreciation for food. Every child leaves not only with what they’ve created, but with skills and confidence they can carry forward.
