Evelyn Hollow at Provan Hall ParaFest 2026

Evelyn Hollow, described by the Times as 'Britains best known parapsychologist' is joining us at Provan Hall for 2 talks on the psychology behind paranormal events. She is best known for the smash hit BBC shows The Battersea Poltergeist, The Witch Farm and Uncanny where she brings her scientific background and a great sense of compassion to tell the truely unnerving stories of ghosts, poltergeists and UFO encounters. She was the resident author at Esoterica Zine for several years, has written countless articles for HAUNTED magazine and holds a Masters of Research in Paranormal Psychology.

Provan Hall is a late medieval fortified house in the North East of Glasgow known for paranormal activity and allegedly haunted by a host of characters from the house's long and often troubled history. Alongside Eveleyn Hollow, Provan Hall Parafest will feature a talk from the host of Eerie Edinburgh podcast, evening ghost tour of the building, free food from Wagamama's, stalls from ghost hunters and more!

Ticket options include talk only, talk+ ghost tour (7pm on the same day) and talk+ a signed copy of Evelyn Hollow's book 'Atlas of Paranormal Places'

Talks are 45 minutes followed by book signing
