🙏 What Is a Puja Ceremony?

The word Puja comes from ancient Sanskrit, and it means "act of reverence" or "offering." In Hindu and ancient traditions, a Puja is a sacred ceremony — a ritual space held with intention, devotion, and care — where participants come together to honor something divine.

In our Shiva Shakti Ceremony, what we're honoring is the divine energy within each of us. Shiva represents the divine masculine: presence, stillness, consciousness. Shakti represents the divine feminine: flow, creativity, life force. Every human being carries both of these energies, regardless of gender.

This Ceremony is not just another lecture or a workshop. It's a living ritual that has been passed down through generations of gurus and teachers — a guided, experiential journey through breathwork, movement, meditation, authentic relating, and platonic and mindful connections. It unfolds in a sacred container held by your facilitator, where you are free to go as deep as you choose.

Think of it as a permission slip to feel more alive.

✨ What to Expect

You don't need a partner. You don't need experience. You don't need to know anything about this ceremony. You just need to show up curious and open. This event is specifically designed so that you can come solo and leave feeling deeply connected to a whole community of heart-centered people.

Your evening will flow through:

• A welcoming arrival and settling circle to meet your fellow attendees
• Guided breathwork to drop out of your head and into your body
• Authentic relating games and improv-style partner exercises that are playful, fun, and surprisingly connecting
• Movement and somatic practices to awaken your senses
• Gentle, consensual, clothed touch exercises — always optional, always boundaried
• A closing meditation to integrate the experience and seal the evening in love
