5 Session Photography Course - April/May Tuesday Session 2026
Our most popular class! If you've always wanted to learn more about your camera and how to take better photos, this is the class for you!
Save by purchasing a class package! The package includes our ILC Basics Class , 3 weeks of Fundamentals of Photography, and a photo shoot. We'll cover automatic, scene & manual modes. You will learn how to properly expose your photos, composition techniques, autofocus control, and tools of the trade. Reinforce your learning with homework assignments provided during class (don't worry, we don't grade them!). Then, finish off the course with hands on practice at the photo shoot!
Session Dates (Please note the start and end times of each session*):
- Tuesday 4/21, 5pm-7pm: Session 1 - ILC Camera Basics
- Tuesday 4/28, 5:30pm-7pm: Session 2 Fundamentals of Photography
- Tuesday 5/5, 5:30pm-7pm: Session 3 Fundamentals of Photography
- Tuesday 5/12, 5:30pm-7pm: Session 4 Fundamentals of Photography
The last session of class will be a hands on photo shoot session held at a nearby park:
- Saturday 5/16, 10am-12pm, Session 5 Photo Shoot (directions on where to meet will be provided in the 4th session of class)
*While we always aim to end our classes on time, they are hands-on and interactive, with allotted time for questions and discussion. Because of this, sessions (especially the first one) may occasionally run a little over the scheduled end time.
