FREE EVENT! Join us for Mindfulness in the Park at the National First Ladies Library & Museum – First Ladies Park, a peaceful outdoor session designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and cultivate calm in your everyday life.

This session includes:

● Mindfulness practices, guided meditation, and grounding techniques

● Creative exercises to engage your senses

● Practical tools you can carry with you long after the session

Meet Your Guide – Jared Sparks, MA, LPCC-S:
Jared Sparks, a licensed clinical counselor, specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, and adolescent mental health. He incorporates evidence-based practices including DBT, ACT, CBT, EMDR, and TF-CBT into an accessible, welcoming outdoor experience, helping participants build resilience, emotional regulation, and connection.

💲 Cost: Free – registration requested to help us plan for attendees
