We begin together with a communal matcha ceremony.
Listen to the gentle rhythm of the bamboo whisk, feel the warmth of a freshly prepared cup, and settle into a grounded, centered state.
09:00 AM | Movement
A 45-minute intentional yoga flow designed to awaken the body, deepen the breath, and create strength through presence.
09:45 AM | Mochi
We close with a delicate, handcrafted mochi — a small, grounding moment of sweetness before stepping back into your day.
