W. P. Carey School of Business

Fundraising event supporting the Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program at the W. P. Carey School of Business

Desert Botanical Garden

CREATE is an annual event hosted by the MRED Alumni Association to raise financial support for MRED scholarships, alumni programming, and student opportunities, while enjoying an elevated evening with a dynamic network of real estate professionals. 2026 is a significant milestone for our community, marking the 20th anniversary since the founding of the Master of Real Estate Development at ASU. The MRED Alumni Association will be presenting its annual ICON Award to the 2026 honoree, Wellington “Duke” Reiter, Senior Advisor to the President, Arizona State University and Founder of the MRED program in 2006.

All funds will be deposited with the ASU Foundation, an independent private 501(c)(3) organization that exists to support ASU. Tax identification 86-6051042. Gifts in support of ASU are subject to foundation policies and fees. Due to the fair market value of benefits received, only payments in excess of fair market value may be considered a charitable contribution. This serves as the official tax receipt for the gift portion. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of charitable contributions. The ASU Foundation is not a recognized charity in Canada. Please contact www.cra-arc.gc.ca/charitiesandgiving for more information.
