FREE EVENT! Mindfulness in the Park offers a peaceful outdoor setting at the National First Ladies Library & Museum – First Ladies Park to slow down, reconnect, and find calm in your everyday life.

This one-hour session blends:

● Mindfulness practices

● Guided meditation

● Grounding techniques

● Creative exercises that engage your senses

Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll leave with practical tools to carry with you beyond the park.

Meet Your Guide – Jared Sparks, MA, LPCC-S:
Jared is a licensed clinical counselor who draws on evidence-based approaches including DBT, ACT, CBT, EMDR, and TF-CBT. He specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, and adolescent mental health, creating an accessible, welcoming outdoor experience that fosters resilience, emotional regulation, and connection.
