S.T.E.A.M Saturday: Life on Mars - Build Your Own Space Gear
Experiment with cardboard to construct and illuminate your own space gear!
Pack your bags, but don’t forget your gear! Join educators from the Lewis Latimer House as we celebrate AAPINH month and the work of Roseli Ocampo-Friedmann whose work helped to indicate the potential of life on Mars. We’ll experiment with cardboard to construct and illuminate our own space gear to help us survive on Mars!
STEAM Saturdays at LLH are free events, open to all ages and abilities, that feature a hands-on activity, a family-friendly scavenger hunt, and self-guided tours. Drop in any time between 12PM - 4PM! Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
