Overview

Spring half-day mindfulness retreat with meditation, reflection, and gentle movement to help you renew and emerge into the new season

As the natural world begins to awaken after the quiet stillness of winter, spring invites us to do the same.

Emerge is a nourishing half-day mindfulness retreat designed to help you pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself as you move through the spring season. Together, we’ll create a communal space to notice what within you is ready to grow, unfold, and come into the light.

Through mindfulness practices and periods of reflection, this retreat offers an opportunity to cultivate clarity and intention for the months ahead.

During this retreat, you’ll experience:

  • Guided mindfulness-based meditation practices
  • Gentle mindful movement
  • Moments for reflection and journaling
  • Time for mindful eating (participants bring their own snack)
  • A supportive and welcoming community space

Whether you are new to mindfulness or have an established practice, this retreat offers a restorative pause—a chance to reconnect with yourself and the rhythm of the spring season.

The retreat will be facilitated by Amy Zoe Schonhoff, a certified teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and founder of Mindfulness in the Heartland. Amy offers secular, trauma-sensitive mindfulness education and training designed to support stress reduction, emotional balance, and resilience. Her teaching invites participants to meet their experience with curiosity, kindness, and care.

Come as you are, and allow yourself the space to rest, renew, and emerge.

Registration fee is offered on a Sliding Scale (3 rates based on financial ability)

Suggested contribution: $55/person
