The Gong Under a Tree series continues — and this time, we're going deeper.On Sunday, April 26 at 11am, we gather again under the open sky for our second outdoor sound bath of 2026. This month, we're welcoming Joseph Gabriel to lead a slow yoga flow before the gong takes over — so you can arrive in your body before you surrender it to the sound.As a gift, every participant will receive free Calmveda incense to take home. A little piece of the experience to carry with you.The world is heavy right now. Come remember what it feels like to exhale.🎵 WHAT TO EXPECTJoseph opens with a gentle, grounding yoga flow — no experience needed, just a willingness to move and arrive. Then, Erica takes it from there. You'll lie beneath the open sky as the deep vibrations of the gong move through you like wind through branches ~ inviting rest, recalibration, and remembrance. Returning back home to nature is the goal. After the sound bath, we close with something tender ~ a love letter to yourself. Bring your journal. We'll reflect together and write to the person who showed up today.No walls. No ceiling.
