Immerse yourself in a sound experience designed to guide the body and mind into deep relaxation.

Join sound artist, Marie Asbury, for an experience designed to guide the body and mind into deep relaxation.

Feel the vibrations melt away physical and emotional tension, clearing chakras, grounding the soul, and resetting the nervous system.


Studies show that meditating with sound bath instruments multiplies the relaxation effects, such as lowering stress hormones and inflammation in the body.


What to expect:

• Arrive as you are, leave lighter and more relaxed.

• Relax into guided breath and gentle meditations to settle in.

• Allow the body, mind, and spirit to be embraced by the frequencies in loving harmony.

• Silent integration and slow awakening.

• Time to relax with others & socialize afterwards.


What to bring:

• Water

• Dress cozy, from cozy socks to restful attire

• Journal & pen (optional, to note anything that comes up for you, or intentions to let go etc)

• Eye mask, pillow, or other personal comfort items.

(Mat, bolster, blanket, and lightly weighted eye pillow will be provided.)

• Crystals from home to charge in the frequencies
