Valles al Valle: Wine + Spirits Edition

Side HustlePhoenix, AZ
Sunday, April 12  •  5 PM - 8 PM
Overview

Valles al Valle returns for a special edition where wine, spirits, food, and cultura collide. Taste, connect, and celebrate. April 12, 5–8PM

For this special edition of Valles al Valle, we’re expanding the table.

What started as a celebration of Mexican wine evolves into a deeper exploration of agave, distillation, and fermentation, bringing together a curated lineup of producers shaping the future of both vino mexicano and Mexican craft spirits.

This is not a typical tasting. This is a space to connect directly with the people behind the bottle - the growers, distillers, and winemakers pushing culture forward with intention.

What to Expect

  • Curated tastings across wine + agave spirits
  • Food by Chef LT of Chilte in collaboration with Adelante
  • Direct access to producers - real conversations, no gatekeeping
  • A cross-border celebration of craft, culture, and community

Featured Producers

This edition brings together a powerful group of independent voices:

  • Montaraz Bacanora - led by Cesar Espinosa, bringing Sonoran soul and smoke to the bottle
  • Lamata - Luis Loya's project exploring Northern producers of agave spirits where technique and plants are unique representations not found in many places
  • Rufina - Leo Benavides' work highlighting the amazing project from San Luis Amatlan, Oaxaca bringing mountain producered mezcal to your door
  • Agua del Sol - Fred Sanchez's agave spirits project rooted in tradition, transparency, and the true expression of agave
  • Vino Bohemio - Gennaro Garcia's project featuring Valle wines in collaboration with Lechuza's Kristen Magnussen
  • additional featured producers to be announced

Why This Matters

Mexico’s beverage culture is in the middle of a shift - one that’s less about imitation and more about identity. From high-elevation vineyards to ancestral agave practices, this new wave is grounded in place, people, and purpose.

Valles al Valle exists to create a space where those stories can be shared—unfiltered.

Tickets

$60 / Includes 10 tastings
Limited capacity to keep the experience personal
