What is your cancellation policy?

Each session is customized for the number of souls registered. If you must cancel, please do so within 7 days before the event. Cancellations after 7 days prior will be credited toward another session. No refunds outside of this policy.

What time should I arrive?

Sessions start on time to honor the space and everyone attending. Please arrive 15 minutes early to set up your area and make it comfortable for you.
