Then enjoy a multi-course menu featuring antipasto and the hero dish, as well as a curated wine pairing.About this Dish: Pasta alla Carbonara is an iconic Roman dish made with guanciale (cured pork jowl), whole eggs and egg yolks, grated pecorino cheese, salt and pepper. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.</li></ul><ul><li>Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. If that happens, we will contact you using the email or phone number you provided and offer either a full refund or a credit for a future class.Please note that we cannot offer credits, transfers, or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work conflicts, personal emergencies, or other situations beyond your control.
