The crystal sound bowls, Himalayan Bowls and other vibrational instruments will help soothe your nervous system, release stress and tension, and nourish the mind, body and spirit. This is the ultimate way to relax, de-stress, invite clarity in, and practice self-care. Awaken and delight in your senses in an environment that is peaceful, nourishing, and welcoming. This will take place at a gorgeous retreat center where you can hear the birds sing, view rolling hills, and soak up nature.
