Family Fit & Flow is a fun, welcoming movement experience designed to bring caregivers and kids together through intentional movement, connection, and wellness. This class blends stretch, mobility, beginner-friendly Pilates, and light strength training to support both adults and children at any fitness level.


Whether you’re a parent, nanny, or caregiver, this is your space to move with your child—not just alongside them. Through guided exercises and playful movement, you’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance balance while creating meaningful moments together.


Each session focuses on full-body mobility, core strength, posture, and kid-friendly activities that keep little ones engaged and active. Beyond fitness, this class fosters community, connection, and healthy lifestyle habits for the whole family.


What You’ll Gain:
