Mindful Acrylic Pour: A Creative Practice in Letting Go

In this hands-on workshop, experience mindfulness through the flowing art of acrylic pour painting.

In this relaxing, hands-on workshop, participants will be introduced to mindfulness, meditation, & flow, then invited to experience mindfulness through the flowing art of acrylic pour painting. As colors move and blend across the canvas, the process invites you to slow down, stay present with the flow, and simply observe what unfolds. No artistic experience is needed. 

All supplies will be provided. Participants will leave their paintings at the Del Ray Artisan gallery to allow time for the paintings to set. Art pieces can be picked during gallery hours.

Instructor: Yvette Trapani. Class size: 8-12 participants. Register by April 29.

Refund Policy

• If a workshop does not reach the minimum number of students within 3 days of the workshop, it may be cancelled at the instructor’s discretion. If you are already registered (and have paid) for a workshop that is cancelled, your whole registration amount will be refunded.
• If you request to withdraw from a workshop 72 hours or more before the day of the workshop, Del Ray Artisans will refund the Workshop Fee and any Supply Fee minus a 15% processing fee.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations less than 72 hours before the day of the workshop.
