Overview

Join Soul of Yoga Kundalini Teachers to transcend mind chatter, awaken radiance & gather in community to ignite light and cultivate peace.

Join the Soul of Yoga Kundalini Teachers in a transcendence from the busy-ness of the mind to the radiance of the heart as a community on a mission to ignite our light and create a cohesive container for more inner and outer peace.

"Radiance of the heart" signifies an inner, spiritual light—often associated with compassion, unconditional love, and divine presence. It represents a state of being where the heart is open, generous, and connected to its true, warm essence. This concept is explored through meditation, spiritual teachings, and practices that cultivate kindness and inner peace.

In this workshop we will embark on a journey through kundalini kriyas, breathwork, meditation and sound which drops us into the quantum portal of our sacred hearts and expands the field of Unity Consciousness.

Event tickets: $44

Attendees, please...

  • Bring water and a yoga mat (if you have one).

Betsy Cantrall LOVES helping others remember and feel their connection to their own Divinity even in her heart-centered classes where she shares her playfulness and the frequencies of her beautiful alchemy singing bowls.

Betsy was born in Shasta County, CA (Redding, CA) and raised in the Pacific Northwest (Crescent City, CA). Her love for and deep connection to the ancient redwoods and Smith River have been her primary healers and teachers. Reminding us of our interconnectedness, strength,  and constant renewal.

In 1994, she attended California State University, Chico where she began teaching fitness classes. A back injury at that time led her to yoga. The love affair with this healing modality of yoga studies continues to this day.

In 1998, Betsy followed her heart to San Diego and became a full-time elementary school teacher.

Her quest for self-knowledge led her to hike the 231 mile John Muir Trail in 2013 and 530 miles of the Pacific Crest Trail solo in 2015.

In 2017 she discovered The Soul of Yoga. This is where her connection with her heart and higher Self expanded exponentially.

In 2018 Betsy founded HappyKidsMovement.org,  a nonprofit 501c3 committed to empowering kids with mindfulness school programs, after school yoga and enrichment opportunities in nature.

She continues to follow her heart to expand the field of love consciousness with intensive meditation retreats and sacred journeys to places that call her such as Peru, Scotland, and Egypt… But mostly she feels at home in her sacred heart and with our community here at The Soul of Yoga.

Guru Kirin Khalsa had her spiritual awakening in 1977 when she sat at the feet of Yogi Bhajan, kundalini yoga master and Mahan Tantric Master of White Tantra Yoga. She was called to take a pilgrimage to India where she visited the Golden Temple in Amritsar, India. It was in India that she walked in the footsteps of the Saints. She traveled up the Ganges visiting holy sites that led to a mountain top in the Himalayas called Hemkut Sahib.

After returning from India Guru Kirin began studying the ancient yogic teachings of kundalini yoga as taught by Master Yogi Bhajan. She has meditated with the Master at over 100 white Tantra courses, attended summer and winter solstice retreats in New Mexico and Florida. She lived at a yoga ashram in Millis, Ma. where she began her yoga teaching career.

Guru Kirin has shared her sacred knowledge teaching classes, seminars and retreats.

Guru Kirin is co-founder of KRIYA, Kundalni Rising International Yoga Academy. KRIYA presents Yogic Trainings including Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainings and Tantra Yoga courses and trainings.

She is grateful to be on the planet at this time to serve in uplifting the planet into the Aquarian Age and invites you to join her.

Jen Booker

Jen views yoga as a practice of awareness, self-inquiry, and a remembrance of our divine nature.

For her, the dance of conscious breathing and movement encourages present-moment alignment with the divine source that flows through and connects us all.

She recognizes that, at times, resistance can block this infinite flow, leaving us in states of stress, fear, and worry. She believes the practice of yoga helps release that resistance—letting go of the illusion of control so the flow can return, reigniting inner peace and joy.

Her teaching style is a blend of hatha, yoga therapy, elemental energetics, ecstatic movement, and metaphysics.

With a pure and open heart, her intention is to guide and support each student on their inward journey.

She welcomes the co-creative magic that unfolds when practicing together in community.
