Rooftop Wine Tasting at Sunset: Pinot Noir presented by PMI
Join us for our next rooftop wine tasting Summerfield Farms featuring Pinot Noir wines!
Join us on Thursday, April 23rd from 6:30–8:30 PM for a guided tasting led by our Beverage Director on The Rooftop at Summerfield Farms. This month’s theme is Pinot Noir—a beloved varietal known for its elegance, complexity, and ability to reflect the terroir where it’s grown.
Often described as one of the most expressive grapes in the world, Pinot Noir offers a beautiful balance of fruit, earth, and acidity. During this tasting, we’ll explore the nuances that make Pinot Noir so captivating—from region to region and style to style—highlighting how climate, soil, and winemaking techniques shape each glass.
Each attendee requires one ticket, which includes four curated wine tastings and a plate of thoughtfully prepared snacks by 1618 On Location to complement the pairings. Beer and additional beverages will also be available for purchase at a cash/credit bar.

A curated lineup of Pinot Noir selections from renowned and emerging wine regions, showcasing a range of styles from light and bright to rich and structured. Specific selections will be announced soon.
RAIN PLAN
This event is planned for the Rooftop, but if the weather looks questionable we will move the tasting indoors to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.
