<p>Learn the basics of zine-making in this beginner friendly Intro to Photo Zine workshop with local photographer Frances Bukovsky. In this 2-hour workshop, students will learn three different zine styles, be introduced to printing for booklets, experiment with adding writing and collage elements to their zine, and play with building narratives through sequencing choices and layout. Students will use their own photographs (cell phone photos encouraged!) to explore zine making as a tool of self-expression, archiving, and mark making. This workshop is great for all ages who want to explore ways of sharing photographs and experiences outside of a digital platform.</p>
