Its $50 session, show or no show. $200 for 4 week series .  For those using your insurance, the price is based on your individual plan.(  Insurance accepted: UHC/ Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, AmBetter,  Cigna, Aetna )

After registering, you will be required to complete a screening form and a brief consultation before being accepted into the group.
