Our events are designed to bring people together in nature, promote wellness, and build community—one step at a time.Each hike features scenic trails that may include forested paths, riverside views, bridges, and more. Savannah from Niche Pilates will be leading the class and guiding us every step of the way.Tap into your spring energy with a beginner friendly reformer class designed to support your time on the trails. This smooth, feel good flow focuses on building the strength, balance, and flexibility you need for hiking, think stronger legs, better stability, and improved endurance. You will be guided through each movement so you feel confident and connected to your body at your own pace. 🌱
