Kundalini Yoga Basics

✨Sat Nam and Welcome to KUNDALINI YOGA BEGINNERS SERIES - 6-Week Introduction (once/week on Wednesdays) to Kundalini Yoga with Dr. Santokh Singh Khalsa, D.C. and Suraj Kaur Khalsa. We look forward to sharing the technology of Kundalini Yoga with you!

🧘‍♂️Kundalini Yoga is a rejuvenating and relaxing combination of breath and movement, from which anyone may benefit, even those who are stiff or out of shape. Using breath and simple exercises, you will learn to release stress and tension while increasing energy. The course covers Yoga practice, basic meditation, philosophy, diet, and lifestyle. The following topics will also be covered: healing, relaxation, stress reduction, breathing techniques, chakras and mantras. Each 2 hour class will include a lecture/discussion as well as a different yoga set each week.

🌿The practice of Kundalini Yoga brings you to good health and wholeness, and living in the flow as your authentic self.

🧘‍♀️Live, IN-STUDIO classes beginning Wednesday, April 8th, from 7pm - 9pm until May 13th. The series will meet for a total of 6-weeks on Wednesdays. This course is offered IN-STUDIO ONLY.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing. A yoga mat is recommended.
