Whiskey Dram Sunday: Summer Cocktails

Summer is coming! Stay fresh and cool with some whiskey cocktails perfect for the hot day ahead!

While Memorial Day kicks off the unofficial start of summer, we'll be making it the official start of summer cocktail season on May 31st with a tasting of just a few of our favorite summertime whiskey cocktails! Our last whiskey cocktail event the previous fall was a lot of fun, so much so that we think it's time to shake up some fun and flavor once again!

Whiskey Dram Sunday is the name we give to our series of month whiskey tasting events here at Vom Fass! Usually, those events have focused on neat pours of our wide range of rare and exclusive whiskeys from around the world where we've focused on aroma, flavor, and the whiskey making process. But at our cocktail events, we like to focus on the versatility of our spirits as well! If you think whiskey is only good for Old Fashioneds and Manhattans, we'd like to invite you to think again as we sample some fresh and fruity cocktails that don't hide the fact that, "Hey... there's whiskey in this!!"

Our bourbon buddies Joe and Luke are still narrowing down the long list of options to choose from to find the perfect ones to focus on for this event. According to them, they have to do a lot of "research" to do before they decide. Still, check back before too long to see which ones they pick. They're apparently too busy smiling knowingly to say which ones just yet.

Still, it's never too soon to reserve your seat! Late May means there's still a lot of summer ahead of us and we all know how hot a summer in St Louis can get!! Tickets for this event are just $18/person and attendees will enjoy a tasting flight of three cocktails before enjoy a full pour of their favorite or a neat pour of just about anything from our wall of whiskeys and other spirits. Again, seating is limited to just 24 people, so don't let your chance to sip into the action get away!!

Note: If you'd like to be seated with another group who has signed up separately, we'd be grateful if you inform us a day or two prior to the event. This really helps us out when it comes to planning the seating arraignment.

Refund Policy: If notified 72 hours or more before the event we are happy to provide guests with a full refund of your ticket price (Eventbrite will not refund any fees). If you should need to cancel in less than 72 hours, we can either roll your tickets over into a different event or offer you a store credit for the ticket price (which will not include Eventbrite fees).
