A Feminine Embodiment Dance Class

Your body was never meant to stay still all day.

This class is an invitation to come home to yourself through movement.

Embody Your Dance is a weekly somatic dance experience taught by Alicia Love, that blends ancient belly dance–inspired movement, intuitive flow, and embodied awareness. Through hip circles, undulations, and fluid, serpentine motion, you’ll reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm, sensual aliveness, and inner expression.

This is not about performance or getting the steps “right.”

It’s about feeling.
Listening.
Letting your body lead.

✨ In this class, you’ll experience:

• Gentle, guided movement to reconnect with your body
• Belly dance–inspired techniques (hips, spine, flow)
• Nervous system regulation through rhythm and breath
• Space for intuitive, expressive movement
• A supportive, non-judgmental environment

• You feel disconnected from your body
• You want to move in a way that feels natural and freeing
• You’re curious about belly dance or feminine movement
• You’re craving a space to feel, express, and release
