In every class you will work with a professional chef to learn true culinary skills including knife skills, sautéing, grilling, boiling, braising, baking, and more.All while exploring new world cuisines, healthy menus, seasonal dishes, vegetable cookery, pasta making and even gluten-free baking as you make sophisticated delicious dishes!  In addition to this, there includes unique and interactive cooking sessions which are like nothing you’ve ever experienced! <h2>Class Experience</h2>Learn to transform classic comfort foods into sophisticated creations. Start with deviled eggs enhanced with truffle oil, smoked paprika, and delicate microgreens. Move on to mini meatloaf sliders with a luxurious red wine mushroom glaze and garlic-herb whipped potatoes. Finish with a nostalgic banana pudding parfait, layered with brûléed banana, shortbread crumbles, and whipped mascarpone, crowned with caramelized banana and edible flowers. Menu:<ul><li>Deviled Eggs</li><li>Meatloaf</li><li>Banana Pudding Parfait</li></ul> Cocktails, beer and wine are available for purchase at the bar. *Price is per person* Your purchase includes:<ul><li>One seat in the class</li><li>Recipes, which will be emailed at the end of class</li><li>Live step-by-step cooking instruction</li></ul> Classes are approximately 2 hours Sawyer is limited in its ability to register multiple people for a single class. So, if you would like to register another person for this class, you must sign them up as your child. Simply choose "ADD CHILD” and enter your guests name and a birthday. This will allow you to register another participant. Price is per person, so it will add the additional cost for the seat.
