Whether you’re an educator, coach, trainer, community leader, or just passionate about helping others thrive, Shineologist training equips you with the tools and insight to guide people in discovering who they are and why they matter.

Foundations of SHINE

Unpack the research and inspiration behind the SHINE framework. Discover the principles that make self-awareness and community-building essential to leadership. Experience and get facilitator access to the three signature workshops: What’s Your Shine?, Life Maps, and Point of Intersection. Learn how to facilitate each and integrate tools like Serentripity™ and DO52™.

Please note: The date you select is considered Day One of a two-day certification experience, typically running from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day. Full participation on both days is required to become a certified Shineologist. Includes: Shineologist jacket, curriculum access, and a 3 month House of Shine Academy membership.

Participants will also gain access to a growing library of curriculum and tools designed for both self-discovery and community-building. While platforms and formats may vary, each resource is designed to be adaptable and impactful. We continue to enhance the library to ensure it meets the evolving needs of our facilitators and the communities they serve.

House of Shine Academy Access Includes:

• Monthly webinars (live or recorded)
• Curriculum updates and new tools tested in our Learning Laboratory
• Ongoing facilitator support and community access

This training is ideal for teachers, school or college advisors, coaches, L&D professionals, counselors, and leaders guiding others through life transitions or growth journeys.
