Why do I hold sound bath sessions at the The beach? Sound bath sessions offer participants an opportunity to seek healing in a natural environment. When asked, many people already state the beach as their happy place, so sound healing near the ocean seems a natural choice. The crashing sound of the waves only adds to the experience as a whole! Not to mention the negative ions created by the crashing water. These ions enhance cell function, strengthen cell metabolism, and neutralize free radicals.
