Welcome to the  WLAM-Wayne Region Eventbrite page, the region where WLAM made its beginning! The purpose of the Wayne Region is to secure the rights of women in society and advance the interests of women members of the legal profession, to promote improvements in the administration of justice, to promote equality and social justice for all people, to improve relations between the legal profession and the public, and to encourage the continued legal education of lawyers.As the founding region of WLAM, the Wayne Region is devoted to achieving this purpose through providing space for professionals to network and grow at events, give back to the community through volunteering and fundraising, and support one another at casual monthly gatherings.  Despite this year’s unique circumstances, we have a year packed full of book discussions, health and wellness events, networking, community outreach, and much more all done in a way to ensure your safety.  We’d love to have you join us!
