How to Kill a Real Estate Deal CE Class: Agency Law 3 Credits

Class participants will learn the most common issues that can arise in the purchase of real estate, and how to avoid those issues.

Because this class provides CE credit, the instructor must comply with Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) rules:

1. Photo ID is required for check-in before signing the attendance sheet.
2. Class begins promptly at 1:00 PM. If you arrive late, ADRE rules prohibit issuing credit.
3. Electronic devices are not permitted during class. This includes cell phones, tablets, and computers.
4. There will be a sign-in/sign-out sheet for restroom breaks. Attendees may not be out of the classroom for more than 5 minutes at a time.
5. The class includes two 10-minute breaks. Please return on time to avoid risking your CE credit.
6. At the end of class, all attendees must complete a final sign-out.
