The ancient wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita has served precisely this purpose for countless seekers throughout history. For generations of yogis, this luminous text has offered profound guidance on how to live with purpose, integrity, and spiritual insight in the midst of life’s challenges. Today, as the world becomes increasingly complex, its teachings feel not only relevant—but essential.More and more yoga practitioners are discovering that yoga is far more than a system for physical health or flexibility. At its heart, yoga is a complete path for living. The teachings of the Gita illuminate how the principles of yoga can inform every aspect of our lives: our decisions, our relationships, our service in the world, and the way we meet both joy and difficulty. In its elegant dialogue between Krishna and the warrior Arjuna—set within the vast epic of the Mahabharata—the Gita explores some of the most enduring human questions: How do we act wisely in a complicated world? How do we remain centered amidst conflict? What does it mean to live a life guided by spiritual insight? This immersion offers a rare opportunity to explore these teachings in depth with renowned scholar and teacher Carlos Pomeda. Known internationally for his warmth, enthusiasm, and extraordinary ability to make ancient teachings accessible, Carlos brings decades of study and practice to his teaching. His approach is both intellectually rigorous and deeply inspiring, inviting students not only to understand these teachings philosophically, but to experience their living relevance in their own lives.Throughout the course, participants will explore the Gita as a guide to integrating love, knowledge, and action—the three great pathways of yoga—into daily life. The text reveals how devotion, self-understanding, and conscious action can become powerful means for awakening our highest potential. Far from being abstract philosophy, the Gita speaks directly to the realities of our modern lives, helping us cultivate resilience, clarity, and a sense of meaningful participation in the world. Each session will combine teaching, reflection, and dialogue as we move through the text together, exploring its wisdom verse by verse and considering its practical application in our own lives. The study of this sacred scripture becomes not only an intellectual exploration, but a contemplative journey—one that invites us to cultivate inner balance, clarity of purpose, and a deeper connection to the heart of yoga.At a time when the world calls for wisdom, compassion, and conscious action, the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita shine as a timeless source of inspiration. This immersion offers a meaningful opportunity to gather in community, engage deeply with one of yoga’s most important texts, and discover how its teachings can guide us toward living with greater awareness, steadiness, and purpose.Join us for this inspiring journey into one of the foundational texts of the yoga tradition, and discover how its timeless wisdom continues to illuminate the path for seekers today.Cost: $200Where?
