What if I fly into JAX after 12PM Eastern time on Friday.

You will be required to get your own UBER to the hotel, and you might miss events due to not arriving with the group in time on Friday by 12PM (Noon) local Eastern time

Can I book my own hotel and join the 365 Catholic Singles Community?

NO! Commitment of All administrative and logistical support is dedicated exclusively to those who have paid the full Eventbrite Package Deal fees. We do not support "independent benefit" where an individual attempts to utilize the group’s presence and planning without contributing to the org

What time do I need to arrive at Jacksonville Airport

Accepted Answer

Before 12PM (Noon) on Friday, May 22, 2026. Please check your time zones to make sure you arrive on time in JAX airport or you will have to schedule your own UBER.   We will only be transporting singles who arrive by 12PM Eastern on Friday May 22, 2026

Question 4

What happens if I book the package for a double without a roommate?

Accepted Answer

You will be responsible for the remaining single occupancy balance for a single booking if you book for double occupancy and do not have a roommate withing 24 hours.  Remember there are no refunds as stated above in the description.  We are not responsible for finding you a roommate.

Are there refunds for the tickets.

Accepted Answer

Notice Regarding Refunds:
All payments are final. This pilgrimage operates on a strict no-refund policy to cover non-recoverable event costs. Registration remains non-refundable regardless of weather, flight interruptions, illness, or other "Acts of God."

Will there be a recording available to watch after this event if I buy a ticket.

What walking or physical ability requirements are needed to participate?

Accepted Answer

Prohibited Items: We are strictly unable to accommodate wheelchairs, walkers, or other motorized mobility aids on this pilgrimage. The Pilgrim acknowledges that they must be fully self-sufficient. The pilgrimage staff and volunteers are not permitted to provide physical lifting, pushing, etc.
