When planning your flight must arrive Before 12PM (Noon) on Friday, May 22, 2026. If you choose to book your own travel, accommodations, meals, or activities independent of The Package Deal, you are considered an Independent Registrant and will not be included in any 365 Catholic Singles Community Pilgrimage communication, cordiation, events or gatherings with singles.

Policy on Independent Bookings and Package Exclusion

This policy clearly defines the distinction between official event participants and independent travelers. To protect the investment of our registered members and the operational integrity of our program, the following terms apply:

1. Definition of Independent Booking (Encroachment) An "Independent Booking" is defined as any arrangement where an individual secures their own hotel accommodations, transportation outside of this official Eventbrite Package Deal with the intent to shadow, join, or "encroach" upon the 365 Catholic Singles Community group’s activities.

2. Absolute Exclusion from Group Gatherings Purchasing a separate hotel room in Jacksonville/St. Augustine area does not grant access to the 365 Catholic Singles community or its itinerary. If you choose to book independently, you are explicitly barred from:

• All Group Communications: You will not be added to email chains, group chats, or text alerts.
• Logistical Coordination: You will not receive meeting times, location updates, or transport details.
• Gatherings & Events: You will be denied entry to all private meetings, group meals, prayer circles, and social mixers.

3. No "Pay-as-You-Go" Access There is no option to "pay a fee" to join specific gatherings if you choose to book independently and travel to Jacksonville/St. Augustine area. Refund and Cancellation Policy Please be advised that all registrations for this pilgrimage are non-refundable. • Security & Participant Safety: Maintaining privacy regarding our specific locations allows our group to retreat in peace and security.
• Registration Integrity: In the past, location details have been shared with non-registered individuals who have attempted to join the group without a secured package. To be fair to those who have invested in this experience, we must ensure that our specific venues are reserved exclusively for our official registered pilgrims.
• Industry Standard: As is customary with many professional pilgrimages—including those to Europe—specific lodging names are often not disclosed in advance to maintain the logistical flow and security of the journey. This Pentecost Pilgrimage is managed with that same level of professional oversight.

For Those Driving: If you are joining us by vehicle rather than flying, please use Jacksonville, FL as your destination point for calculating your estimated drive time and arrival schedule. Once your registration is fully processed and we are closer to the event date, you will receive the necessary check-in details.

Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, and Assumption of Risk Agreement

1. Acknowledgment of Voluntary Participation

By registering for the 365 Catholic Singles Pentecost Pilgrimage (hereinafter referred to as "the Event"), I, the undersigned Participant, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this journey to Jacksonville/St. Augustine, Florida, from May 22-26, 2026. I understand that this Event is organized by independent coordinators (hereinafter "the Organizers") and the associated organization (hereinafter "the Organization").

2. Assumption of Risk

I am aware that a pilgrimage involves travel to and from the destination, as well as movements within a historic urban environment during a high-traffic holiday weekend. I acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved in such travel, including but not limited to:

• Transportation Risks: Risks associated with travel in a 15-passenger van, including mechanical failure, driver error, or traffic accidents.
• Environmental Risks: Risks associated with walking in historic districts, uneven terrain, weather-related incidents (Acts of God), and high-density crowds.
• Health Risks: Risks associated with sudden illness, exposure to pathogens, or physical exertion during the pilgrimage activities.

I voluntarily and freely choose to incur all such risks and understand that the Organizers and the Organization do not guarantee my personal safety at any time.

3. Waiver of Liability and Release

I, for myself and my heirs, executors, and administrators, hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE the Organizers, the Organization, and any volunteers or agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by me while participating in the Event.

4. Specifically Regarding Transportation

I specifically acknowledge and agree that the Organizers and the Organization are NOT RESPONSIBLE for my safety during transportation:

• To and From the Event: I am responsible for my own travel to the starting point and my return home.
• During the Event: While group transportation is provided via a rental van, I understand that the Organizers and the Organization assume no liability for accidents, delays, or injuries occurring during transit or while embarking/disembarking the vehicle.

5. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers and the Organization from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that they may incur due to my participation in said Event, whether caused by the negligence of the Organizers or otherwise.

6. Medical Treatment

I hereby release the Organizers and the Organization from any claim whatsoever which arises or may hereafter arise on account of any first aid, treatment, or service rendered in connection with my participation in the Event.

7. Entire Agreement and Severability

This waiver constitutes the entire agreement regarding liability and supersedes any prior pulse or written communications. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full legal force and effect.

Comprehensive Disclosure & Health Requirement

Physical Requirements and Accessibility Disclosure By purchasing a registration for this Pilgrimage, the participant ("Pilgrim") acknowledges and agrees to the following physical requirements and jurisdictional limitations:

1. Physical Stamina and Health Representation This pilgrimage is a strenuous physical activity. By registering, the Pilgrim represents that they are in excellent health and possess the physical stamina required to complete the itinerary. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Walking Capacity: The ability to walk long distances (averaging 3 to 5 miles daily) independently.
• Terrain Navigation: The ability to navigate ancient cobblestone walkways, uneven sidewalks, grassy areas, steep inclines, and stairs without assistance or mechanical aids.
• Group Pace: The ability to maintain the walking pace of the group to ensure the safety and scheduled timing of the pilgrimage.

2. Non-Accessibility and Mobility Device Policy Due to the historic nature of the National Shrine and the city of St. Augustine, many sites were constructed centuries ago and do not meet modern ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) accessibility standards.

• Vehicle Limitations: Transport vehicles and motorcoaches utilized for this event are not equipped with ramps, lifts, or specialized storage for mobility devices.
• Prohibited Items: We are strictly unable to accommodate wheelchairs, walkers, or other motorized mobility aids on this pilgrimage.
• Infrastructure: Participants will encounter significant architectural barriers, including narrow passages and uneven historic ground, that are inaccessible to those with restricted mobility.

3. Assumption of Risk and Independent Mobility The Pilgrim acknowledges that they must be fully self-sufficient. The pilgrimage staff and volunteers are not permitted to provide physical lifting, pushing, or constant individual assistance. It is strongly recommended that all participants consult with a physician prior to purchasing this Eventbrite package to ensure they can safely meet these rigors.

4. Acknowledgement Failure to meet these physical requirements during the event may result in the Pilgrim being unable to participate in certain portions of the itinerary. No refunds will be issued based on a participant's inability to navigate the disclosed terrain or physical demands.
