Do I need to bring anything?

Accepted Answer

Yes!  A yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye cover and water bottle.  Everything you need to be super comfy for this sound bath experience.

Question 2

What time should I arrive?

Accepted Answer

Doors open at 6:45pm for a prompt 7pm start.  The door must be locked in order to start so arriving early is better than late.  If it is raining, please stay warm and dry in your car until 6:45pm.

Landmarks to help find the Sanctuary and Studio?

Accepted Answer

Our Sanctuary and Studio is beneath the West Seattle Veteran's Hall which has it's entry on Alaska Way SW with a canon standing out front.  Our doorway is on the side of the building on 37th Ave SW with a sign for Inner Alchemy to the right of the door.

What about parking?

Accepted Answer

At this time of night, parking is free however you will want to arrive with time to find your spot.
