Sound Ceremony: Awakening the Body
This Sound Bath is an invitation to release effort, soften the body, and allow your nervous system to exhale.
Join Maari Falsetto, founder of Inner Alchemy, for Emergence: An April Trio of Sound & Ceremony Series.
Second in our series is Sound Ceremony: Awakening the Body.
After release from the full moon, there is a quiet opening.
A space where something new begins to stir.
This ceremony is an invitation to gently awaken—to reconnect with your body, your breath, your life force. Not through effort, but through presence.
We begin with subtle movement and breath, inviting energy to flow where it may have been dormant or held. A remembering of sensation. A soft return to aliveness.
From there, you will be guided into a full sound immersion—uplifting, activating, and expansive. Layers of tone and frequency designed to awaken the senses, regulate the nervous system, and invite a natural rising from within.
This is not about pushing or becoming more.
It is about allowing yourself to feel… alive again.
Your body knows the way.
There is nothing to achieve here—only space to receive. Let sound carry you into a state of profound relaxation and restoration.

Sound healing:
Sound has been utilized in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing. It not only helps with inducing relaxation, but also has a way of moving through areas of blockage to move stagnant energy, release energy patterns and habits that are no longer serving you, and bring your body, mind and spirit back into alignment.
One of the best modalities to bring the body back to its natural state of harmony is sound and vibration from Himalayan chakra singing bowls. Placed on and around the body and struck or sung, the tones and frequencies emanated from these bowls creates a sympathetic resonance that affects the body on a cellular level. These vibrations spread as concentric waves into larger circles through the entire body and entrain the brain to move into a deep Theta state. The experience is one of absolute serenity as deep relaxation and soothing resonant sound opens the flow of energy and restores balance and well-being.
There are many benefits of healing through sound and vibration including:
Deep relaxation
Stress relief
Recovery from abuse and trauma
Healing from the effects of chemotherapy
Lowers blood pressure
Mental clarity
Clears and balances chakras
Heightens intuition and perception
Removes mental and emotional negativity
Improved sleep
Relieves pain and arthritis
Eases anger and depression
Reduces pain and discomfort from Fibromyalgia
Improved circulation
Enhances creativity
