Swap your pre-owned luxury pieces at our first in-store Swap event. The perfect kick-off to Earth Month!

We're hosting our very first in-store Swap event to kick-off Earth Month!

Come for the swap, stay for the experience. We'll have drinks, music, and good vibes all day long!

Location: 3566 Sacramento Street, San Francisco, CA 94118

Date/Time: Saturday, April 4th, 2026 from 10:30 AM to 6 PM PST.

We suggest arriving at store opening (10:30AM) to get first access of the best selection of swap products!

Here's how it works

Step 1 — Drop It Off - Bring your pre-owned luxury items to the store during any drop-off window on or before March 28th. Clothing, accessories, bags, or shoes — if it's designer, #preloved, and in mint condition, we want it!

Step 2 — We Do the Work - Our team reviews, authenticates, and lists your pieces as Swap items. You'll see your NOBO Cash reflected as pending in your account.

Step 3 — Your Cash Unlocks on Event Day - All Swap items are held in reserve until April 4th. On the morning of the event, your NOBO Cash is released and ready to spend!

Step 4 — Shop the Swap - Come in, browse the curated swap floor, and use your NOBO Cash to fund your next fashion find!

Swap Product Drop-Off Windows

• Thursday, March 26 | 11 AM – 5 PM
• Friday, March 27 | 11 AM – 5 PM
• Saturday, March 28 | 10:30 AM – 6 PM

Swap Item Eligibility: We accept NWT, NWOT, immaculate condition, and one-of-a-kind vintage pieces. Original tags, receipts, and authentication cards are encouraged (but not required).
