Come join our Zentangle Art Class and unleash your creativity through relaxing and mindful drawing techniques!

A Zentangle class is a guided art session where participants learn and practice the Zentangle method, a relaxing and creative drawing technique that involves creating intricate designs by drawing repetitive, structured patterns on paper. The goal is to promote focus, mindfulness, and artistic expression as well as an emphasis on enjoying the process rather than achieving a perfect outcome. Anyone can do this. No drawing experience or skills are needed. The main emphasis is on the act of drawing the patterns mindfully, not on creating a specific image or achieving perfection. If you can draw lines, curves, orbs and dots with a pen then you can create a Zentangle.Everything you need for this class will be provided for you to keep in your own Zentangle Mini-Kit.This is a two hour class.Kim Cyr is a certified Zentangle teacher. She has been teaching for over ten years and has taught at schools, libraries and art galleries and also offers private group classes.
